أسفر اليوم السادس للعملية التي بدأها الجيش المصري في سيناء عن مقتل 64 إرهابيا والقبض على 22 اليوم (السبت).

وضبطت القوات كميات كبيرة من الرشاشات والبنادق الآلية وقواذف “آر بي جي” والقنابل اليدوية وكميات من الذخائر .

ونجحت القوات في إحباط هجوم انتحاري باستخدام سيارة مجهزة بالأسلحة والرشاشات الثقيلة خلال تبادل مكثف لإطلاق النيران مع العناصر الارهابية، وتدمير سيارة مفخخة أخرى يقودها انتحاري بمنطقة شرق كرم القواديس .

وقتل في الإجمال 296 متطرفا اسلاميا وثمانية جنود منذ بداية هذه العملية الاثنين الماضي، وفق ما افاد الجيش.

وكثفت مجموعات مسلحة متطرفة اعتداءاتها منذ عزل الرئيس الاسبق المنتمي إلى جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين” محمد مرسي في تموز (يوليو) العام 2013.
